稽古 [剣道]
今夜は剣道の稽古に出掛けてきました。
実に2ヶ月ぶりσ(^_^;
今年はまだ10回も稽古していません。
足はスムーズに動かないし、竹刀を振るとき違和感あるし、切り返し1回で息上がっちゃうし…
もうボロボロですorz
開き直って、もう一度基本からやり直します▽･ｗ･▽
次男坊に教えてもらうかな…(爆)
