久しぶりです

数少ないこのブログをご覧のみなさんこんにちは。
特に忙しいでもバタバタしていたわけではないけど、やっと更新することができました。
単なる筆不精なだけですが…σ(^_^;)

今日は激太りした体をせめて1年前の状態に戻すべく、何ヶ月かぶりに自転車に乗ってみました。
いきなり乗ると仕事前にヘバってしまうので、慣らしを兼ねて5.6kmほどw
けっこうヘバりました＿|￣|○ 膝ガクガク
