初乗り

今日から初仕事。いや、正確には今夜から(;^_^A
ワンワンの散歩をしているときに、小春日和で超微風な今日に初乗りするしかないと思ったw
今日のコースは前回走った時よりもう一本南に行ったところまで行ってみました。
距離はちょうど10km。
ダイエットには賛否両論な距離だと思いますが、多少のダイエットと日頃の運動不足解消には体に負担をかけなくてもいいかもです。
要は、どれだけ続けることができるか…(-.-;)y-~~~

今回の結果
距離:10km
平均時速:25km
時間:23.5min

今年の総走行距離:10km

とりあえずの目標は10kmを20分以内かな(^_^)a



年末にnewライトを取り付けました。今回は充電式です。






前回はライトを付けるステーをハンドル下部に取り付けたため走行中に落下して破損(/ _ ; )
今回はハンドル上部に取り付けました(^^)

寒いのでしばらくは出番がないかもσ(^_^;)

非常に寒い冬なのに、なぜか自転車に乗りたがる状態が2年以上続いています。自転車は趣味として単純に楽しめばいいのですが、趣味として楽しみとして奥行きが深いです。
まだまだ、乗り込んでいきます。お互い事故だけは気を付けて楽しみましょう。
